Our irons and dryers are covered under warranty against manufacturer defect only. Neglect in safety, regular maintenance, and improper usage of usmooth Professional Tools will void all warranty claims. Warranty does not cover physical damage caused by misuse or mishandling by the user, normal wear and tear, wrapping of cord around the tool, dropping the unit, product build-up or scratches, broken housing or loose plates, using the wrong voltage, improper cleaning and upkeep, unauthorized modifications, tampering, or attachments.
