Gino Barbo, an Australian-born Italian entrepreneur and founder of usmooth, moved to the US in 1985 after meeting his wife, Dana. Together they started an independent, family-owned distributorship built on the belief that success is a natural byproduct of doing things the right way. His devotion to the salon industry combined with his desire to help others feel their best inspired him to create usmooth and the ucare Foundation.
