RETURN POLICY
We offer returns within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Products must be returned in new condition only. Sale and promotional items are non-refundable. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.
- All product returns must be suitable for resale and free of any alterations, stickers, price tags, markings, cracks, damage, smudges, box damage, etc.
- Clearance items, discontinued items, seasonal/boxed sets, discontinued packaging and hand sanitizer are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Electrical tools that have been opened/used may be returned along with the original packaging within 14 days from purchase date.
- Usmooth tool warranty covers 1 year.
Instructions for making a return:
- Before returning your product, please email customercare@usmooth.com including your order number, and details about the product you wish to return (For tools please include an explanation and photo/video of your product). Once approved, you may move on to step number 2.
- Package the product(s) securely so it arrives in new condition
- Include original receipt of purchase, reason for return, and original packaging
