usmooth "Curling Wand" Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor. This giveaway is sponsored by usmooth (Smooth Inc.), 1520 E Evergreen St, Springfield, MO. The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Facebook, or any other social media platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to Sponsor, not to Instagram or Meta.
2. Eligibility. The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Period. The Giveaway begins on September 21, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. PT and ends on September 27, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter. During the Entry Period, complete the official entry form at usmooth.com/giveaway with a valid email address. Following @usmoothhair on Instagram and tagging a friend on the Giveaway post are encouraged but are not required to enter or win. Providing a mobile number and opting in to text messages is optional and is not a condition of entry. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted using automated means will be disqualified.
5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive one (1) usmooth Professional Curling Wand: winner's choice of 1" or 1.5". Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $35 USD. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be offered, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.
6. Winner Selection and Notification. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about September 30, 2026. The winner will be notified by email and/or Instagram direct message and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
8. General Conditions. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity.
9. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at usmooth.com. Text-message opt-ins are governed by Sponsor's SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms.
10. Publicity. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's first name and city/state for promotional purposes without further compensation.
11. Limitation of Liability. By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability for any loss, harm, or damage arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.
