RETURN POLICY
We offer returns within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Products must be returned in new condition only. Sale and promotional items are non-refundable. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.
- New, unused, products may be returned for a credit on your account, at the original purchase price within ninety (90) days of the invoice date.
- All product returns must be suitable for resale and free of any alterations, stickers, price tags, markings, cracks, damage, smudges, box damage, etc.
- Clearance items, discontinued items, seasonal/boxed sets, discontinued packaging and hand sanitizer are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Electrical tools that have been opened/used may be returned along with the original packaging within 14 days from purchase date for a credit on your account. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted.
- All claims for warranty or product defect issues on electrical tools after ninety (90) days from the purchase date must be for registered tools. Please register your tools here within 30 days of purchase or they are not eligible for replacement of defective product.
- Usmooth tool warranty covers 1 year.
Instructions for making a return:
- Before returning your product, please email customercare@usmooth.com including your order number, and details about the product you wish to return (For tools please include an explanation and photo/video of your product). Once approved, you may move on to step number 2.
- Package the product(s) securely so it arrives in new condition
- Include original receipt of purchase, reason for return, and original packaging

Springfield, MO 65803 - Ship your item(s) through a traceable shipping method such as UPS or USPS (include delivery confirmation for your protection). You will be notified via email when your return/exchange has been received. After processing, you will be notified when your exchanged item(s) ship.
