What is the ucare Foundation
This unique foundation exclusively supports hair stylists and salon professionals who have experienced unexpected financial or medical tragedies. Gino Barbo, an industry veteran of over 30 years and owner of usmooth and Salon Service Group, wanted to find a way to give back to his loyal customer base. Having witnessed the devastation that underinsured stylists encounter when these types of financial hardships occur, Gino felt passionately about giving two percent of all usmooth salon sales back to the stylist community.
