What is the ucare Foundation

This unique foundation exclusively supports stylists who have experienced unexpected financial or medical tragedies. Gino Barbo, an industry veteran of over 30 years and owner of usmooth and Salon Service Group, wanted to find a way to give back to his loyal customer base. Having witnessed the devastation that underinsured stylists encounter when these types of incidents occur, Gino felt passionately about giving two percent of all usmooth salon sales back to the stylist community.
