WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Your usmooth purchase comes with a 30-day exchange policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept an exchange within 30 days of receipt. Please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange to be processed.
Instructions for returning usmooth tools:
- Complete the warranty card that came with your product
- Address your package to the address below
- Include original receipt of purchase, completed warranty card, and original packaging
- Ship your item(s) through a traceable shipping method such as UPS or USPS (include delivery confirmation for your protection) to: usmooth, 1520 E Evergreen St Springfield, Missouri 65803. You will be notified via email when your exchange has been received. After processing, you will be notified when your item(s) ship.
DOES MY USMOOTH TOOL COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Absolutely! Your new usmooth professional tool comes with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturer defects. Simply complete and return the included warranty card or register your tools online here.
I NO LONGER WANT TO RECEIVE INFORMATION ABOUT USMOOTH. HOW CAN I BE REMOVED FROM THE MAILING LIST?
